The Ulster and Ireland rugby star exchanged vows with his long-term love Suzanne Flanagan on Friday.
The couple tied the knot at Magheragall Presbyterian Church in Lisburn surrounded by friends and family.
Henderson's teammates also came out in force for the occasion, with Paddy Jackson, Kyle McCall and Rory Best among those in attendance.
The 25-year-old groom wore a grey three piece suit, while the bride stunned in a lace, figure-hugging gown with a sweetheart neckline.
She wore her hair in a lose bun, with an overflowing bouquet of mixed flowers.
The seven bridesmaids were pretty in pink with Grecian-style, full length dresses.
The joyous newlyweds, who have been dating for six years, enjoyed champagne as a vintage car drove them to their reception.
Henderson, from Ballinderry, popped the question to Flanagan, who works as a dentist, during a trip to Florida last summer.
He told the Belfast Telegraph at the time: "We left for Miami on June 28 and we'd been enjoying ourselves and visiting a few theme parks in Florida before I asked her.
"It had been on the cards. The ring had already been purchased beforehand and I had the proposal semi-planned out."
