Seafood Sensations at the G Hotel

Planning a wedding around sumptuous nibbles is the dream for many brides, grooms - and of course for their guests. To mark the arrival of SeaFest, which runs from June 29th until July 1st at Galway Harbour, Galway’s only 5 star hotel, the g Hotel has created a scrumptious Seafood Sensations Supper, which will be the menu for one night only on Thursday June 28th in Restaurant gigi’s.

Priced at €60 per person, each guest will enjoy a five course fish supper with each dish uniquely paired with a different fine wine courtesy of the Galway based importers ‘The Vineyard’.

Summer tastes at the Dylan

One of Ireland's finest five star boutiques, the Dylan in Dublin is celebrating summer with a special menu perfect for 'foodie' couples. The 'Midsummer Dreams Menu' was dreamt up by the hotel's expert team of chefs and mixologists and consists of an exquisite selection of cocktails and canapés - and is the perfect excuse to take a night off from wedding planning to enjoy an all-important 'date night' in Dublin city centre.

Radission Blu Cork wedding open day, Saturday 16th June

The Radisson Blu in Cork will host their wedding open day on Saturday 16th June from 11am - 2.30pm. Join the team at the 18th century Victorian Ditchley Jouse for afternoon tea style drinks and canapes prepared by award-winning chef James Rendell before experiencing a fully decorated venue as it would be for the big day itself.

The Dunloe Hotel  & Gardens open day, Sunday 17th June - by appointment

From 9am to 5pm on Sunday 17th June The Dunloe Hotel in Killarney will hold their exclusive wedding consultation, by appointment. On the day, couples are invited to experience the venue with a welcome glass of bubbly and gourmet canapés before taking a tour of the venue and seeing all it has to offer for a beautiful big day. Palmerstown House Estate wedding viewing. Tuesday 19th June

Palmerstown House Estate will open its doors to future wedding couples on Tuesday evening 19th June from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. On the day, the manor house will be fully set as it would be for a wedding - allowing couples to experience the beautiful space for themselves. Guests can meet the dedicated coordinator, take a guided tour of the manor, and enjoy a glass of prosecco and a selection of homemade sweet treats while meeting with some of Palmerstown's preferred wedding suppliers.
