Heaslip, the vice-captain for Ireland, has been dating Sheena for six years and they bought their first home together in Donnybrook in 2014.
They are set to exchange vows on Saturday and will be celebrating their reception at the Powerscourt Hotel in Co Wicklow and is set to attract a host of famous sportsmen.
Brian O'Driscoll and wife Amy Huberman, Paul O'Connell, Luke Fitzgerald, Cian Healy, Rob Kearney are all expected to attend the exclusive event.
Sheena, a marketing executive, is the daughter of millionaires Oisín and Sharon O'Buachalla, major figures in the car industry.
They are notoriously private, with the No.8 previously telling the Irish Independent he liked keeping his private life out of the public eye.
"I'm fine talking about rugby, but my private life I like to keep private," he said in 2014. "I don't believe anybody involved in my personal life asked to be talked about, so they don't deserve it," he added.
Meanwhile, he said his other half has never been overly keen on the celebrity side of being a WAG.
“She loves rugby but has never got caught up in that scene,” Heaslip said of O’Buachalla’s social profile.
