The couple exchanged vows in the romantic setting of Chateau de Lisse in south-western France, joined by a host of friends and family.
"Happiest day of my life," Daniel captioned a photo of the couple hand-in-hand after they said their 'I do's.
The grooms wore contrasting suits for the big day - with Chris in a light grey two-piece and Daniel slick in navy. Both wore matching cream rose buttonholes and kept things casual in trainers and shades.
The venue posted several pictures of the big day - including one of the happy couple posing with a matching pair of red heart-shaped umbrellas and another of their personalised guest book.
One photo featured the couple's gorgeous wedding cake - a trendy 'naked cake' with exposed layers of chocolate, lemon and vanilla sponge, dressed with fresh strawberries and topped with a sparkling silver 'Mr & Mr' cake decoration.
The couple appeared to have put plenty of thought into the day, with personalised decor and gorgeous DIY touches.
One guest even made a very special paper curtain for the couple's big entrance, which was created from American sandwich wrappers and draped over the door to the ceremony setting.
Stephen and Daniel enjoyed a two-year engagement, with Stephen popping the question to his beau back in 2016 while they pair were on holiday in India.
"I asked the lovely @lustig75 to marry me in the beautiful surroundings of the Oberio hotel in Agra, and he said yes," he captioned a photo of the pair at the time.
The wedding comes just one year after Stephen's ex and former Gogglebox partner Chris Steed said 'I do' to boyfriend Tony Butland in a Pride-themed wedding in London.
Stephen and Chris were an item when they began filming for the show in 2013, however they decided to continue appearing on the couch as friends when their romantic relationship dissolved after the first season.
