Aussie Adam famously scored the try that saw the British and Irish Lions crash to a one-point defeat in the second Test at ANZ Stadium in 2013, the last match Ireland captain Brian O'Driscoll took part in for the tour. The Lions, captained by Sam Warburton, eventually went on to win the series - their first test series win since 1997.
