Mr Buckley (28) - who captained Dr Crokes to All-Ireland club championship this year - celebrated the day with his new bride in the quaint village of Cratloe, Co Clare, on Saturday.
The couple, who had been engaged since 2015 wed in Sr John's Church surrounded by their close friends and family, followed with a reception in Dromoland Castle.
The 28-year-old had a very prosperous year after he was named Kerry captain for 2017 back in May. The position will now be passed to teammate Fionn Fitzgerald for 2018.
In addition to GAA, Johnny works in the family business, Kerry Coaches. Both Johnny and Annie attended Intermediate School Killorglin and UCC together.
Johnny is the son of Mike and Eileen Buckley and Annis the daughter of Killarney photographers Don and Mary Susan MacMonagle.
