Essex girl Olivia, who together with model Alex Bowen came second in the 2016 series of the reality dating show, said she would "never say never" to the idea of the two tying the knot on screen.
"We’ve hand people come to us and ask if we’d be interested, we’re always in the mix about it in different meetings but there’s nothing been confirmed yet," she told the Daily Mail.
"We’re just waiting with what the deal is with the people that have approached us. We’d never say never."
Love blossomed for the couple on last year's Love Island where they finished second, losing out to fan favourites Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde.
Olivia and Alex announced their engagement on New Years Eve 2016, after reality star Alex popped the question in New York.
They took to their social media accounts to share the news with fans, showcasing the engagement ring and gushing about their 'magical' moment.
“I have no words for how happy I am," said the bride-to-be. "My fiance my everything... this was magical. So magical.”
Groom-to-be Alex was at the centre of a Love Island scandal last year which saw former Miss Great Britain Zara Holland stripped of her title.
Zara was labelled a "poor role model" after appearing to have become intimate with Alex on screen, prior to Alex hitting it off with now fiancé Olivia.
In an official statement, the Miss Great Britain organisation announced that Zara would be replaced by runner-up Deone Robertson in the Miss World competition in Malaysia in December.
Zara appeared to have regretted her actions the day after, saying at the time "You know when you’re in the moment and it just happens. That’s really not like me at all. Why couldn’t we have just gone to sleep?"
Alex and Olivia should be more than familiar with the cameras by the time they tie the knot, having been involved in several other TV shows since finishing up on Love Island.
The pair were reportedly set to appear on Channel 5 reality show Celebrity Sex Pod in March this year, which saw celebrities discussing their intimate relationship while inside a 'pod', however the show vanished from TV schedules after just one episode.
Bride-to-be Olivia took to TV's 'Say Yes to the Dress' to choose her wedding gown earlier this year and has also guest presented This Morning several times.
Her presenting skills however left fans 'cringing' this week with one declaring her This Morning's "worst interviewer ever".
According to The Sun, the reality TV pair were in talks to front their own wedding-planning reality series, however no formal announcement has yet been made.
