The Serbian tennis star and German footballer wed on Tuesday at Venice City Hall for a low-key ceremony, but opted for a more traditional fairytale wedding on Wednesday.
The newlyweds exchanged vows at Misericordia Church with nearly 200 guests in attendance. They looked the picture of happiness as they emerged from the church as husband and wife, Amy in a traditional white gown with sweetheart neckline and Bastian in a classic black tuxedo.
The couple made their way to Italy on Monday, just one day after the Euros ended and were so keen to keep the details of their big day under wraps, they reportedly only told guests to arrive at Munich airport with their passports and clothing and kept their final destination a secret until the last minute.
Ana was escorted up the aisle by her father Miroslav Ivanović, who is often spotted front and centre supporting his famous daughter at tennis championships.
They follow in the footsteps of Hollywood A-listers George and Amal Clooney (nee Alamuddin) who wed in Venice in 2014 - they opted for a lavish ceremony first at the Aman Canal Grande before making it official at City Hall.
Ana and Bastian managed to keep their reception away from the spotlight.
